Introducing Freshbay’s New Athletic Sponsorship Division
Freshbay is thrilled to announce the launch of our new Athletic Sponsorship Division, dedicated to supporting talented athletes in various disciplines. We are excited to introduce our first sponsored athlete, Paige Brusatore, and her remarkable horse, “The Great Gatsby.”
About “The Great Gatsby” (Gatsby)
Gatsby is a 12-year-old British Warmblood gelding who was imported from Great Britain by Georgia Hunt and acquired by Paige Brusatore in 2019. With numerous champion and reserve championships under their belt, Gatsby has proven to be an exceptional partner in the Amateur Owner Hunters and Performance Hunters divisions, competing at heights of 3’6″ and 3’3″. Gatsby’s achievements include an impressive 4th place finish at The Royal Winter Fair and a remarkable 3rd place overall in both the 3’6″ Amateur Owner and Performance hunter divisions at the BCHJA year-end awards in 2022.
About Paige Brusatore
Paige Brusatore has been an avid equestrian since the age of 8, fueled by her passion for these magnificent animals and the sport as a whole. Her journey in the hunter rings alongside Gatsby has brought her immense joy, appreciating the artistry and elegance that the discipline embodies. Paige’s unwavering dedication and pursuit of perfection have propelled her to consistently achieve top placings and championships in hunter divisions. For 2023, she aims to maintain her competitive edge, secure high placements in hunter derbies, and vie for BCHJA year-end awards. Looking ahead, Paige aspires to excel in open hunter derbies at 3’6″ and potentially expand her repertoire by competing in the hunters and jumpers with additional horses.
